Our planned, preventative maintenance programmes (PPMs) are tailored to your individual requirements and offer a thorough and effective regime for prolonging the life of your trolleys.

We have a dedicated in-house helpdesk and a team of expert field engineers, whose express purpose is ensuring the efficient running of your trolleys and cremator chargers and adherence to UK standards whilst minimising downtime.

Our field teams always carry a range of spares which will allow them to address faults quickly, reacting to any issues you may have, or proactively that they feel may develop. In addition, their experience and training mean that they are able to re-calibrate or maintain non-LEEC equipment so please do not hesitate to include these in your PPM plan.

LEEC Limited operates under ISO accredited systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) which means our standards are high and exacting. Our engineers carry out routine maintenance checks, Safe Working Load tests and thorough examination in compliance with LOLER (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations) during the PPM visit.

We recommend your refrigeration equipment is serviced and thoroughly examined at least once per year, to comply with current LOLER regulations. We recommend that equipment which is subject to a high level of is serviced every 6 months. If you’re unsure about your needs please get in touch so that we can advise you based on your specific circumstances.
Cremator Chargers should be serviced ideally every 6 months, or at the very minimum once per year to undertake a LOLER thorough examination.
Yes, because our field technicians undertake extensive training at our factory in Nottingham and are able to maintain, calibrate and service competitor equipment
All LEEC trolleys can be retrofitted with a weighing device, whether they are battery powered or not. Please contact us with the model and serial number of your trolley and we will provide you with a quote.
We provide a LOLER certificate included within our Planned Preventative Maintenance price. The certificate can only be issued if the trolley has passed the inspection. Should your trolley fail, we will advise on the necessary remedial works and, once completed, we will be able to issue you with a certificate.
Spares fitted by a LEEC engineer come with a 12 months parts and labour warranty. Spares purchased on a “supply only” basis comes with a 12 months parts warranty only.
